| Resumen: | Resumen: En planta lácteos en San Pedro de los Milagros los procesos están separados por áreas de producción: en la sección de empaque del queso crema está ubicada la maquina bisignano encargada de empacar queso crema en diferentes presentaciones. En la máquina empacadora de queso crema del fabricante BISIGNANO la operación es manual, pulsadores y muletillas. Con este tipo de operación manual se han presentado bloqueos de la maquina por lo que el operario visualmente no identifica en qué estado del proceso se encuentra el equipo; y el equipo de mantenimiento tarda mucho tiempo identificando fallas por que la maquina no muestra errores. Para un manejo más acertado y preciso al proceso, se realizará la instalación de una pantalla de interfaz HMI del fabricante MAXTHERMO, la cual realiza los ajustes al proceso en el momento adecuado ayudando al operario a identificar las fallas y permite al personal de mantenimiento acceder ajustes del equipo. Con la instalación de la HMI, tendremos una disminución en tiempos de paro, la visualización del proceso y el acceso a ajustes de la máquina que facilitan la operación y la acción correctiva, permitiendo acceder a funciones que antes se tenían que conectar a un computador portátil para acceder al PLC ALLEN BRADLEY 1400 y realizar un ajuste, como visualización del proceso por medio de la pantalla; lo que brinda al operario mayor confianza de lo que está realizando. |
| Abstract: | Abstract: In the dairy plant in San Pedro de los Milagros, the processes are separated by production areas: in the cream cheese packaging section there is a Bisignano machine in charge of packing cream cheese in different presentations. In the cream cheese packing machine of the manufacturer BISIGNANO, the operation is manual, push buttons and fillers. With this type of manual operation, blockages of the machine have occurred so that the operator does not visually identify in what state of the process the equipment is; and the maintenance team takes a long time identifying faults because the machine does not show errors. For a more accurate and precise handling of the process, the installation of an HMI interface screen from the manufacturer MAXTHERMO will be carried out, which makes the adjustments to the process at the right time, helping the operator to identify faults and allowing maintenance personnel to access adjustments. of the team. With the installation of the HMI, we will have a decrease in downtime, visualization of the process and access to machine settings that facilitate operation and corrective action, allow access to functions that previously had to be connected to a laptop to access the ALLEN BRADLEY 1400 PLC and make an adjustment, such as visualization of the process through the screen; which gives the operator greater confidence in what he is doing. |
