| Abstract: | En este proyecto se busca una mejora en las actividades que más representan pérdida de tiempo en la empresa, por lo consiguiente se evidencia la problemática que existe en la empresa Gerdau Diaco en el control de los tiempos muertos, lo cual está generando baja productividad afectando directamente los costos y entregas; sin embargo no se tiene un óptimo rendimiento y los días de despacho del material son muy extensos. En el proyecto se encontrara el tipo de análisis que se realizara al problema de los tiempos basados en el histórico de la empresa un año antes, esta investigación generara unas posibles soluciones utilizando herramientas de tecnología y gestión, las cuales se incorporan al proyecto con el fin de obtener y garantizar los resultados de la disminución de los tiempos muertos. Con el proyecto se realizara una planeación para hacer una ejecución en el área de campo, ofreciendo posibles soluciones verificadas en el área. Se realizara una investigación en la práctica de métodos y tiempos, Además con ayuda de las herramientas de diagrama de Pareto y diagrama causa efecto se puede encontrar la posible causa que está generando desperdicio de tiempo en el proceso, ofreciendo a la empresa ideas de solución. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracteng: | This project seeks to improve the activities that represent waste of time in the business, so therefore the problem that exists in the company Gerdau Diaco in controlling downtime is evident, which is generating directly affecting low productivity costs and delivery; however there is no optimum performance and days of dispatch of the material are extensive. In the project the type of analysis to be held to the problem of time based on the history of the company a year earlier was found, this research will generate possible solutions using technology and management tools, which are incorporated into the project to to obtain and guarantee the results of decreased downtime. With the project, a planning will be made to make a run in the area of countryside, offering possible solutions verified in the area. an investigation is held in the practice of methods and times, also using tools Pareto chart and diagram cause and effect can be the possible cause is generating waste of time in the process, offering enterprise solution ideas. |
