| Abstract: | La presente investigación se realizó en la empresa Proexcar, se propuso un rediseño del proceso de extracción de proteína de pollo para mejorar la productividad y disminuir las cargas físicas en el área de producción. Para desarrollar la investigación, se emplearon herramientas del estudio de métodos y tiempos, con lo que se buscó recopilar la información de los tiempos que requerían las actividades, con base en teorías sobre Ergonomía y salud se permitió evaluar las condiciones y los riesgos biomecánicos a los que el trabajador está expuesto, además se realizó una investigación sobre los tipos de bandas del marcado y cuál sería la más opcionada según sus características y las características del proceso para el rediseño de la planta. |
