| Abstract: | El transporte de café es un problema reconocido y permanente en los cafetales de las montañas Antioqueñas, particularmente en el municipio de Sabanalarga donde la topografía y el relieve muestran grandes inclinaciones en los cafetales. Largos recorridos son necesarios para depositar el café cereza, recolectado directamente en el cafetal, en el sitio de despulpado. EL propósito de este proyecto es mejorar el proceso de transporte y despulpado de café por medio de un sistema de transporte por tuberías, desde la parte superior de los cafetales hasta la base donde se encuentra la despulpadora. En este trabajo se realiza un análisis topográfico empleando la aplicación wkiloc y registros fotográficos de la región. Con base en el análisis topográfico se determinaron los criterios más relevantes que permitieron finalmente la realización del diseño propuesto para el sistema de transporte. Finalmente, se muestra la distribución de las tuberías, ubicación de tanques y zona de despulpado, adaptado la topografía del terreno. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracteng: | The transportation of coffee is a recognized and permanent problem in the coffee plantations of the Antioqueñas mountains, particularly in the municipio of SabanaLarga where the topography and relief show great inclinations in the coffee plantations. Long tours are necessary aiming to deposit the cherry coffee, harvested directly in the coffee plantation, at the pulping site. The purpose of this project is to improve the process of transportation and pulping of coffee by means of a transport system by pipes, from the top of the coffee plantations to the base where the pulper is located. In this work, a topographic analysis is performed using the wkiloc application and photographic records of the region. Based on the topographic analysis, the most relevant criteria that ultimately allowed the realization of the proposed design for the transport system were determined. Finally, the distribution of the pipes, location of tanks and depulping zone are shown, adapted to the topography of the land. |
