| Resumen: | En este trabajo se abordó la problemática que se encuentra sobre el empaque de las griferías grival, a la cual se vio una posible oportunidad de mejora mediante el cambio o sustitución de otro tipo de empaque, el cual nos brinda mayores beneficios en cuanto a almacenamiento, bajos inventarios y un mejor proceso en la línea de trabajo, por lo que en primera instancia se procedió a conocer e investigar los posibles empaques del mercado que puedan sustituir el anterior. En segunda instancia se aprovechó el nuevo empaque, que genera ventajas logísticas para subdividir, así como se propuso la subdivisión de griferías para poder utilizar en los ensambles los componentes que se requieran, pero individualmente y no como conjuntos y así reducir los tiempos de ensamblaje de las partes que van en los tanques sanitarios. |
| Abstract: | In this work, we approach the situation of the grival´s faucet packaging in which it´s a possible opportunity to improve if we make a change or replace it by another kind of package, that could give us benefits of storage, low stocks and a better work line process, for that first we proceeded to make an investigation of some packaging possibilities on the market in order to make the replace. On second instance to take advantage of the new package, it generates logistic advantages to subdivide them, all the elements that constitute the faucets to impact the way to storage reducing the high stocks that we have, because the carton boxes with the faucets completely were occupating to much locations sometimes with the boxes with a few of faucets inside of it. On third instance inside the assemble area, the plastic boxes and the subdivision of the faucets by parts all owes to reduce the times inside the process, reduce the working risks on the area. Additionally we generate environmental inputs without using carton by the reduction of this material to zero. |
