Centro de mantenimiento automotor Yolombó

Abstract

Resumen: Este trabajo se realiza con el fin de demostrar la viabilidad de un centro de mantenimiento automotor en el Municipio de Yolombó Antioquia. Por lo que se inicia con el estudio de mercado así como con el análisis de los talleres en el Municipio para determinar la competencia que se tiene. Así mismo se analizan los consumidores, para lo cual se realizan 230 encuestas a los dueños de vehículos y empresas de transporte, evidenciando la demanda insatisfecha en el Municipio en materia de mecánica Automotriz. En este se evidencia también que los talleres del municipio de Yolombó no cuentan con la tecnología y herramientas necesarias para brindar un buen servicio. Por tal motivo en este se formulan acciones para implementar un centro de mantenimiento automotor con tecnología de punta y personal capacitado que brinde solución a las necesidades en materia automotriz para la región del nordeste Antioqueño. Después de realizados los estudios correspondientes y la proyección anual del negocio se evidencia que en el primer año se pueden generar utilidades netas de veintiún millón cuatrocientos ochenta y cuatro mil setecientos treinta y cuatro pesos ($21.484.734) con lo que se demuestra la viabilidad del negocio.

Abstract: This work is carried out in order to demonstrate the feasibility of an automotive maintenance center in the Municipality of Yolombó Antioquia. So it starts with the market study as well as with the analysis of the workshops in the Municipality to determine the competition that has. Likewise, consumers are analyzed, for which 230 surveys are carried out to the owners of vehicles and transport companies, evidencing the unmet demand in the Municipality regarding Automotive mechanics. This also shows that the workshops of the municipality of Yolombó do not have the technology and tools necessary to provide good service. For this reason, actions are being formulated to implement an automotive maintenance center with state-of-the-art technology and trained personnel to provide solutions to automotive needs for the Northeast Antioquia region. After carrying out the corresponding studies and the annual projection of the business, it is evident that in the first year, net profits of twenty-one million four hundred and eighty-four thousand seven hundred and thirty-four pesos ($ 21,484,734) can be generated, demonstrating the viability of the deal.
