Diseño de una estructura móvil para el traslado de una prensa hidráulica

Abstract

Resumen: En la empresa Montacargas y Transportes S.A.S se llevará a cabo el proyecto del diseño de estructura móvil para la prensa hidráulica que se tiene en sus instalaciones. En dicha empresa se envió a fabricar una prensa hidráulica de 70 toneladas de presión, con el fin de poder realizar distintas acciones como extraer piezas que van introducidas en otras, insertar elementos en otros componentes, darle forma a algunas piezas fabricadas allí mismo, debido a que por su estructura, tipo de material y condiciones a las que están expuestas en esta maquinaria, se torna difícil lograr extraer muchas veces estos elementos, bien sean piezas metálicas, de aluminio, de bronce u otras. El diseño tiene como finalidad, poder instalar la prensa sobre la estructura móvil que la soportará y poder trasladarla a cualquier lugar que se requiera. Brindará una gran ayuda al equipo de mantenimiento en las operaciones que por alguna circunstancia tengan que involucrar el uso de la misma, para lograr que un montacargas que bien se dirija hacia un servicio o se encontrará en él, hubiese fallado un componente importante que no permita que se pueda seguir desplazando por si solo o realizar alguna operación. Es importante conocer que la mayoría de prensas hidráulicas que prestan el servicio, no son móviles. Lo que ha llevado a buscar este diseño con el fin de poder no solo prestar el servicio de prensa al interior de la compañía, sino poder brindar el servicio a otras empresas que lo requieran.

Abstract: In Freight and Transport Company SAS will be held the project moving structure design for hydraulic press which has on its premises. In this company is sent to a hydraulic press to produce 70 tons of pressure, in order to perform actions such as to remove parts that are made to other, inserting elements into other components, shaping some parts manufactured there, because where the structure, type of material and conditions which are set forth in this machinery, it becomes difficult to draw many times these elements, whether metal parts, aluminum, brass or other. The design is aimed, to install the release on the mobile structure that will support it and to move it to wherever it is required. Provide a boon to equipment maintenance operations when the circumstances have to involve the use of it, to get a forklift that is directed toward either a service or will be in it, had failed an important component that does not allow you can still move by itself or perform some operation. It is important to know that most hydraulic presses that provide the service, they are not mobile. What has led you to seek this design in order to not only provide the service of press into the company, but to provide the service to other companies that need it.
