Propuesta de modelo logístico en Sport Fitness Shop Colombia S.A.S.

Abstract

Resumen: En este trabajo se presenta como propuesta para una oportunidad de mejora en la cadena logística de Sportfitnes Shop Colombia diseñando una redistribución de los elementos y funciones administrativas tales como: la recepción, descargue almacenamiento, despachos y manejo de papelería para el control de la mercancía, además de los procedimientos que hay actualmente que me permitió el diagnostico situacional actualizado de la empresa en el área logística cabe decir que la creación de un sistema logístico que integre todo la cadena de principio a fin será más eficiente, con la implementación de nuevas técnicas ayudaran al personal a clasificar, organizar y caracterizar los elementos existentes en el almacén según la clasificación ABC. Permitiendo así mismo la capacitación del personal de auxiliares operativos en la aplicación del sistema propuesto para poder cumplir con los objetivos de la misma, tales como son organizar el espacio de trabajo de forma eficaz, mejorar el nivel de limpieza de los lugares, llevar rigurosos controles de los inventarios, fomentar los esfuerzos en todo sentido y de esta manera tener una mayor satisfacción de los clientes.
