| Abstract: | Resumen: La propuesta de crear un sistema de control para los material el centro de servicios 2 y del almacén repuestos, nace con la necesidad de darle cumplimiento y seguimiento a las 5’S por parte de cada uno de los Jefes y/o coordinadores del área de mantenimiento. Para su proceso fue necesario hacer una investigación sobre cuales materiales son frecuentemente utilizados en el área de mantenimiento, y crear un sistema que fuera realmente eficiente a la hora de administrar todo el almacén y el centro de servicios 2, esto se logro mediante herramientas administrativas como lo son los flujos de procesos, indicadores con sus fichas técnicas esto con el fin de poder dejar señalado un camino fluido a la hora de entregar y recibir material para standby y así permitirle a la empresa ahorrarse dinero en el almacenamiento que pueden ser reutilizables y en mala distribución en el espacio existente. |

For the process it was necessary to do some research on what materials are frequently used in the maintenance area, and create a system that was really efficient at managing the entire warehouse and service center 2 , this was achieved through administrative tools such as what are the process flows, technical indicators with this in order to leave designated a fluid path when giving and receiving material standby and so allow the company to save money on storage which can be reused and poor distribution in the space. |
