| Abstract: | Resumen: El proyecto propone automatizar el proceso del sacrificio de aves agrícolas para ser aplicado a nivel regional en las pequeñas empresas dedicadas a la comercialización de estas especies, la alta demanda y la baja oferta de producto a nivel local reclama emplear métodos menos dolorosos como el sistema de aturdido e insensibilización descrito en el presente informe que permite obtener una mejor calidad de la carne para el consumo humano de una manera tecnificada, lo que a futuro incentivará el aumento de la producción por la demanda. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracteng: | Abstract: The project proposes to automate the process of the slaughter of agricultural birds to be applied at the regional level in the small companies dedicated to the commercialization of these species, the high demand and the low supply of product at the local level claim to use less painful methods such as the system of Stunned and desensitized described in this report that allows to obtain a better quality of meat for human consumption in a technified manner, which in the future will encourage the increase of production by demand. |
