| Abstract: | El presente proyecto pretende llevar un control de las órdenes de producción de la compañía CREATUM ACCESORIOS S.A por medio de una herramienta sistemática, para determinar que el recorrido del producto por la planta se realice de la mejor manera y así poder identificar las zonas encargadas de los procesos en el que se encuentre la producción, el grado de avance que lleva el producto y la cantidad de referencias que tiene determinado avance productivo. Se socializará el proyecto con el personal encargado de la planta de herrajes para recibir opiniones y concientizarlos en darle responsablemente un buen manejo de la herramienta en el sistema. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracteng: | The present project aims to control the production orders of the company CREATUM ACCESORIOS S.A. by means of a systematic tool, to determine that the route of the product through the plant is carried out in the best way and thus be able to identify the areas in charge of the processes in which the production is located, the degree of progress that the product carries and the number of references that has certain productive progress. The project will be socialized with the staff in charge of the ironwork plant to receive opinions and make them aware of giving them a responsible handling of the tool in the system. |
