Diseño y ensamble de un banco de pruebas de inyectores

Abstract

Resumen: El banco de prueba de inyectores tiene como función determinar el daño de los inyectores, permitiéndole al mecánico o al laboratorio a donde se mandó a diagnosticar, ya que cuando los inyectores se encuentran acoplados al motor de hace imposible observar su pulverización en el momento de estar en funcionamiento, y con este banco de prueba agilizaremos ese proceso y podremos decir con exactitud si el inyector está bueno o malo, teniendo en cuenta que hay inyectores que se pueden reparar, como hay otros que es imposible de reparar. Los inyectores en un motor tienen muchas ventajas: nos dará mucha más potencia, pocas emisiones de gases de escape y un menor consumo. Existen varios tipos de inyectores, como lo es el inyector mecánico, inyector eléctrico y el inyector electrónico.
