Propuesta logística de almacenamiento y distribución a nivel local y nacional para la empresa Supertechos Colombia S.A.S.

Abstract

Resumen: Todo el trabajo realizado en Supertechos Colombia S.A.S. nos permite afirmar que en esta empresa se inicia un proceso serio y disciplinado, en búsqueda de hacer que los diferentes procesos, estén estandarizados y normalizados, implicando a todo el personal operativo y administrativo para que se comprometa con la aplicación de las mejoras que se han propuesto. Es claro que el mejoramiento continuo no parte de solo el personal directivo u operativo, ya que se deben mancomunar esfuerzos para ver los resultados. Esta empresa es consciente el día de hoy que “el tiempo y almacenamiento representa dinero”, que es posible obtener una mayor eficiencia con los productos, y un logro más tangible de los objetivos, si se crea una cultura de orden y de mejoras enfocadas, fortaleciendo los puntos débiles del engranaje logístico actual, y consolidando aún más todas aquellas herramientas que han permitido el crecimiento hasta la actualidad.

Abstract: All work performed in Supertechos Colombia S.A.S allow us to confirm that here begins a serious and disciplined process, seeking to make the different processes are standardized and normalized , including the whole operative and administrative staff, to commit itself to the implementation of the improvements that have been proposed. It is clear that continuous improvement not only part of the management or operational staff as they should join efforts to see the results. This company is aware today that "storage is time and money”, it is possible to achieve greater efficiency with the products, and most tangible achievement of the objectives , if a culture of order and creating focused improvements , strengthening logistical weaknesses of the current gear, and further consolidating all those tools that have allowed growth to date.
