| Abstract: | El almacén de repuestos es el lugar en donde se encuentran las piezas y herramientas que necesitan los equipos y máquinas, es un punto principal para mantenimiento. Para esto el almacén de repuestos almacena y controla el número de piezas que sean necesarias para su uso. Pero en la zona donde se almacenan herramientas de uso especial como lo pueden ser: taladros, pulidoras, brocas, destornilladores, alicates, etc. Este lugar esta de manera desorganizada, sin un control de inventario de piezas de mayor movimiento con las que tienen menor movimiento, fuera de esto, el lugar no tiene una señalización apropiada en cuanto a los lugares en donde se almacenan las herramientas. Por esta razón desde hace un tiempo habían retrasos en los despachos de herramientas, esto ocasionaba que los colaboradores que necesitaban la herramienta, tuvieran que extender su tiempo de trabajo por razones del almacén. Así mismo el personal que trabaja en el almacén se veía afectada por que al demorarse buscando la herramienta, se acumulaban personas y esto ocasionaba aglomeración en la zona de despachos. Para esto se implementó en el almacén las 5´s, para establecer un orden en la zona. Utilizando la teoría del radar de las 5´s, se evaluó que zona necesitaban mejora, y así se llegó al punto que la zona en la cuales reposaban las herramientas era el problema. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracteng: | The store of supplies is the place where they find the tools and pieces that need the equipments and machines. It is a principal point for Maintenance For this the store of supplies stores and controls the number of the pieces that are necessary for his use. But in the zone where there are stored tools of special use like then can be:Drills, polishers, reels, screwdrivers, pincers, etc. This place is the disorganized way, without an inventor control of pieces of major movement, out of this, the place does not have a signposting adapted as for the places in where store the tools. For this reason since as a long time was delays in the offices of tools, this was causing that the collaborators who needed the tool, had to extend his time of work for reasons of the store. Likewise the personnel that is employed at the store was meeting affected by that on having be delayed looking for the tool, persons were accumulating and this was causing agglomeration in the zone of offices. For this they were implemented in the store 5's, to establish an order in the zone. Using the theory of the radar of them 5's, there was evaluated that zone they needed improvement, and this way it came near to the point that the zone in which were resting the tools was the problem. |
