| Abstract: | Este proyecto tiene como finalidad documentar el informe de práctica empresarial que se desarrolló en el centro de distribución de industrias Estra S.A. donde el tema principal de la práctica fue métodos y tiempos, donde en la primera fase se hizo un diagnóstico para los procesos del centro de distribución como lo son recepción de producto terminado, almacenamiento, preparación de pedidos , despacho y facturación, luego se procedió a realizar un estudio de métodos para cada proceso estableciendo un formato para facilitar el muestreo en las actividades, estos muestreos no arrojaron estándares ya sea por referencia de productos o cubicaje del vehículo, también dio datos significativos de gran importancia para hacer propuesta de mejora y optimización de procesos, y tiene como finalidad u objetivo socializar los resultados obtenidos durante esta investigación, también realice los diagramas de flujo para cada uno de estos procesos, estableciéndolos en el programa Bizagi, estos flujogramas reflejan de manera detallada y clara las labores como se deben llevar acabo las diferentes actividades para cada proceso. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracteng: | This project aims to document the internship report that was developed in the distribution center of Industrias Estra S.A., where the main topic was methods and times. In the first phase a diagnosis was made for the processes of the distribution center such as reception of finished product, storage, preparation of orders, dispatch and billing. Then a study of methods for each process was carried out, establishing a format to facilitate the sampling in the activities; these samples did not show standards either by product reference or vehicle cubicle. It also provided significant data of great importance to make a proposal for improvement and optimization of processes, and aims to socialize the results obtained during this research. In the same way, the flow diagrams were done for each of these processes, establishing them in the Bizagi program; these flowcharts reflect in a clear and detailed way the tasks, how these should be carried out the different activities for each process. |
