| Abstract: | El presente trabajo de grado es el diseño y elaboración de una banda transportadora de objetos de diferentes tamaños, para el laboratorio de automatización de la institución universitaria pascual bravo. Al desarrollar este proyecto y ver que la banda transportadora es una herramienta fundamental para los estudiantes que utilizan el laboratorio de automatización de la universidad y viendo la necesidad que tienen los mismos para realizar algunas prácticas de los procesos industriales de la actualidad, quisimos diseñar y fabricar este prototipo que puede ayudar a satisfacer parte de dicha necesidad y actualizar la infraestructura del laboratorio. La banda transportadora está diseñada con sensores fotoeléctricos los cuales permiten censar y contar objetos de diferentes tamaños, se utilizó un potenciómetro que nos ayuda a aumentar o reducir la velocidad de la banda y también podemos realizar cambios de giro con la misma, obteniendo como resultado una práctica muy completa para el estudiante. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracteng: | The present work of degree is the design and elaboration of a conveyor belt of objects of different sizes, for the automation laboratory of the paschal university institution bravo. When developing this project and see that the conveyor belt is a fundamental tool for students who use the university's automation laboratory and seeing the need they have to perform some practices of the industrial processes of today, we wanted to design and manufacture this prototype that can help meet part of that need and update the laboratory's infrastructure. The conveyor belt is designed with photoelectric sensors which allow to count and count objects of different sizes, we used a potentiometer that helps us increase or reduce the speed of the band and we can also make changes with it, obtaining as a result a very complete practice for the student. |
