dc.description.abstractEl mercado de suplementos alimenticios se encuentra en auge a nivel latinoamericano, así como nacional y local, ya que la salud es uno de los aspectos que el ser humano prioriza sobre los demás, en que sentido, como se mencionó (García, 2023) "El crecimiento de esta industria está relacionado con la difusión y el interés por la salud por parte de la población, tanto es así que, según los expertos, en la En los próximos años, la industria de complementos alimenticios tendrá un mayor crecimiento (2,2%) que la de venta libre industria de medicamentos (2%)". Por lo tanto, la industria de los suplementos está cada vez más posicionada en el mercado, donde los consumidores buscan productos que satisfagan sus necesidades en términos de salud y estilos de vida saludables. Sobre este punto, la empresa "Vital Fungi" surge como respuesta a una oportunidad identificada en el mercado de suplementos alimenticios, específicamente en el área metropolitana de el Valle de Aburrá, donde la demanda de alternativas saludables ha ido en aumento.spa

On this point, the company "Vital Fungi" arises in response to an opportunity identified in the food supplements market, specifically in the metropolitan area of the Aburra Valley, where the demand for healthy alternatives has been increasing, this project emanates from the convergence between the growing awareness about the importance of health and well-being, and scientific recognition of the medicinal benefits of mushrooms.spa
