| dc.description.abstract | Resumen: El arte textil está constituido por obras, performances, instalaciones u otros medios a través de los cuales el autor expresa su sensibilidad utilizando textiles y fibras en vez de los materiales convencionales usualmente asociados al arte como las pinturas, pinceles, etc. Se toma como principal referente para este proyecto la VII Bienal de Arte Textil a realizarse en Medellín en el año 2014 y el proyecto consiste en una propuesta artística que se enviará para ser tenida en consideración para la participación en este evento. Este proyecto busca promover el conocimiento de esta disciplina en Colombia y transmitir a su vez a través de la propuesta un mensaje de conciencia ambiental, respeto a la naturaleza y aprovechamiento de los residuos en la industria textil, sean insumos de fábrica descartados o prendas que por uso o por estar fuera de moda son desechadas sin buscarles un nuevo ciclo de utilidad. | spa |
