Abstract
El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo principal reducir el desplazamiento de la población rural hacia las zonas urbanas en el municipio de Guadalupe, Antioquia, mediante la mejora de oportunidades económicas y el acceso a servicios básicos en áreas rurales. Para que esto suceda, se propone emplear un método de servicio de asistencia técnica agropecuaria dirigido a pequeños productores, que incluirá desde el diagnóstico de necesidades hasta el acompañamiento en campo y la capacitación en temas administrativos y financieros. Además, se plantea la adecuación de casas comunitarias campesinas para mejorar las condiciones de vida en el campo. Se espera que este proyecto genere un aumento en la productividad, la creación de emprendimientos rurales, un incremento en las ventas de productos agrícolas, una mejor gestión financiera de los productores, la reducción de la pobreza rural y una mejora general en las condiciones de vida de la población rural. Este proyecto se formuló siguiendo la metodología MGA, que permitió identificar y analizar el problema, definir los objetivos, diseñar la alternativa de solución, evaluar su viabilidad y programar los indicadores de seguimiento. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que el proyecto es viable y pertinente para el desarrollo sostenible del municipio de Guadalupe.
Abstract The main objective of this project is to reduce the rural-urban migration in the municipality of Guadalupe, Antioquia, by improving economic opportunities and access to basic services in rural areas. In order to achieve this, it is proposed to use a method of agricultural technical assistance aimed at small producers, which will include from the diagnosis of needs to the accompaniment in the field and training in administrative and financial issues. In addition, it is proposed to adapt rural community houses to improve living conditions in the countryside. It is expected that this project will lead to an increase in productivity, the creation of rural businesses, an increase in the sale of agricultural products, better financial management of producers, a reduction in rural poverty and a general improvement in the living conditions of the rural population. This project was formulated according to the MGA methodology, which made it possible to identify and analyze the problem, define the objectives, design the alternative solution, evaluate its viability and program the follow-up indicators. The results obtained show that the project is viable and relevant for the sustainable development of the community of Guadalupe.
