Propuesta para evitar la perdida de cadena de frío en el área de logística para la recepción de medicamentos en la Empresa Open Market Ltda

Abstract

En el siguiente trabajo se pretende diseñar un sistema para garantizar la temperatura controlada y evitar la pérdida de cadena de frio en la empresa Open Market, con el propósito de mejorar todas aquellas variables que están disminuyendo la productividad del área y de la empresa. Para su realización se hará una investigación de las posibles causas del presente problema y las deficiencias que actualmente se presentan en el área de cuarto frio que sustente la apropiada implementación del sistema para disminuir el índice de pérdida de cadena de frio, al encontrar los soportes se lograra obtener un apropiado sistema que ayudara a mejorar cada uno de los procedimientos que eviten las excursiones que es lo que sé busca con la propuesta.

Abstract The following work intends to design a system to guarantee the controlled temperature and avoid the cold chain loss in the Open Market Company, with the purpose of improving all those variables that are reducing the productivity of the area and the company. For its realization an investigation of the possible causes of the present problem and the deficiencies that currently present in the cold room area that support the appropriate implementation of the system to reduce the cold chain loss index, when finding the supports, will be done. You will obtain an appropriate system that will help to improve each of the procedures that avoid the excursions that is what you know you are looking for with the proposal.
