| dc.description.abstract | Resumen: Con el objetivo de describir analíticamente los procesos de implementación en el Éxito de Sabaneta de la metodología justo a tiempo durante los años 2015 y 2016, en este trabajo de grado se formula la siguiente pregunta: ¿Cómo la metodología justo a tiempo, recientemente implementada por el Éxito de Sabaneta, ha logrado mejorar los indicadores y la labor realizada por el área de Abastecimiento y Ventas PGC? Y para dar respuesta a este interrogante, se establece una estructura argumentativa que parte por establecer los fundamentos teóricos del justo a tiempo, en relación a las funciones del cargo de Coordinador de Abastecimiento y Ventas PGC del Éxito de Sabaneta; además, los procesos que se desarrollan en el almacén se relacionan y confrontan respecto a los aportes conceptuales y analíticos de la producción industrial. | spa |
