Investigación de la crisis textil en Colombia

Abstract

Esta investigación es de origen retrospectivo ya que determina relaciones entre variables que se presentan en hechos ya ocurridos, sin deducir relaciones casuales. Observamos la manifestación de algún fenómeno e intentamos identificar retrospectivamente sus antecedentes o causa. El contrabando, el lavado, las masivas importaciones y el dólar barato están acabando con la emblemática industria textil y de las confecciones. La crisis textil en el país se ve principalmente por el contrabando, ya que las prendas entran con un valor mucho más bajo ya que evaden muchos impuestos, a esto se suma la subfacturación, que es otro grave problema que, pese a los controles aduaneros esto se trata de la declaración que realizan los importadores de cantidades que no guardan relación con el peso.

Abstract This investigation has a retrospective origin because it determines relations between variables that are present in facts that already happened, without deducting casual relations. We observe the manifestation of some kind of phenomenon and try to identify its background information or cause retrospectively . Smuggling, money laundry, massive importations and the cheap price for the dollar are finishing with the emblematic industry of textile and confection. Textile crisis is principally seen in the country by smuggling, this is because the clothes enter with a much less value avoiding taxes. Also wrong handling fees and invoices wich is another big problem involving customs controls. Numbers are never correct because they are based on a declaration that doesn’t match the weight or price.
