dc.description.abstractEste proyecto está dirigido a la planta de producción de la empresa CONSTRUCCIONES MIL S.A.S, es una empresa metal-mecánica, dedicada a fabricar todo tipo de equipo en acero al carbón y acero inoxidable para la industria, está ubicada en la autopista norte KM 29 a la altura del municipio de Girardota – Antioquia, donde se presentan mejoras, utilizando diferentes herramientas de ingeniería para brindar la mejor propuesta para su distribución de planta. En la planta de producción se evidencian diferentes problemas de distribución y adecuación de algunos de sus equipos y máquinas, generando tiempos improductivos, recorridos excesivos de material y personal, demoras en tiempos de entrega y problemas de espacio, lo cual está generando un impacto negativo en las utilidades de la compañía.en_ES
dc.description.abstractengThis project is aimed at the production plant of the company CONSTRUCCIONES MIL S.A.S, is a metal-mechanical company, dedicated to manufacturing all types of equipment in carbon steel and stainless steel for industry, is located on the northern highway KM 29 at the height of the municipality of Girardota - Antioquia, where improvements are presented, using different engineering tools to provide the best proposal for plant distribution. In the production plant there are different problems with the distribution and adaptation of some of its equipment and machines, generating unproductive time, excessive material and personnel travel, delays in delivery times and space problems, which is generating a negative impact on the company's profits.en_ES
