Estudio de viabilidad para la creación de una microempresa de vidrios de seguridad en la ciudad de Medellín

Abstract

Resumen: Este trabajo de grado se plasma con el ánimo de determinar la viabilidad para la creación de una empresa de fabricación de vidrio laminado para cubrir la necesidad que se presenta en la ciudad. Se pretendió realizar un estudio que permitiera definir la estructura órgano funcional de la empresa Tendencias en Vidrio, a su vez realizar un estudio de mercado con el fin de conocer el entorno, el sector y la competencia, establecer un estudio técnico que permitiera la identificación de máquinas, equipos e infraestructura necesitaría para la fabricación de los productos y la elaboración un estudio financiero que identifique la viabilidad económica.Abstract This degree work is designed with the aim of determining the feasibility for the creation of a laminated glass manufacturing company for cover the need that is presented in the city. It was intended to carry out a study that allowed to define the organ structure of the company Trends in Glass, in turn to carry out a market study to know the environment, the sector and the competition, to establish a technical study that allowed the identification of Machines, equipment and infrastructure would require for the manufacture of the products and the elaboration a financial study that identifies the economic viability.
