Abstract
La idea de negocio surge de la vivencia del emprendedor y su conocimiento de las necesidades del público objetivo, artistas emergentes de la ciudad de Medellín, lo cual conlleva la elaboración de un Plan de Negocio para la constitución de una empresa que diseñe, produzca y comercialice prendas para hombres con su propio estilo personal, cómodas, transpirables y autenticas a la identidad comercial del artista, que va a funcionar en Medellín, brindando valor agregado, manejada por hombres. El estudio de mercado arroja un resultado positivo con una aceptación del 70% los productos con sus respectivos precios, teniendo mayor preferencia por las que son personalizadas, seguidas por las informales. Las indagaciones en Buenos Aires, muestran que hay un nicho de mercado por atender. Se define un plan de mercadeo para la tienda. El estudio técnico determina un proceso productivo a partir de un diseño intuitivo y personalizado, que exige el control de calidad de las prendas y del proceso de comercialización. El proceso administrativo y legal se realiza con fundamentos de planeación, dirección y control definidos en la estructura organizacional, roles, funciones y cumplimiento de requisitos de ley para la conformación de una empresa unipersonal.
Abstract The business idea arises from the entrepreneur’s personal experience and his knowledge of the needs the general public has, emerging artists from Medellin city, which entails the elaboration of a Business Plan for the constitution of a company that designs, produces and commercializes clothes for men with their unique personal style, comfortable, breathable and authentic to the commercial identity of the artist, that will function in Medellin, providing added value, managed by men. The market study features a positive response with acceptance of 70% to the products and their respective prices, having a bigger preference for those who are customized, followed by the informal ones. The inquiries in Buenos Aires city show that there’s a market niche to care. A marketing plan gets defined for the store. The technical study establishes a productive process starting off of an intuitive and custom, that demands garments quality control and the merchandising process. The administrative and legal process gets implemented with planning, direction and control fundaments by the organizational structure, roles, functions and fulfilling the law’s requirements for setting-up a unipersonal enterprise.
