dc.description.abstractResumen: Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se cumplió con 6 etapas, las cuales comenzaron con un diagnóstico general en la planta de producción, para cuantificar e identificar el tipo de maquinaria con el que cuenta la empresa, conocer su marca, referencia, años de actividad, número de operarios que interviene en el proceso y sus turnos laborales. Se continuó con la realización de diagramas de flujo de máquinas inyectoras, molinos, troqueladoras, atornilladoras, cortadora de cable y extrusora que son las máquinas que intervienen en el proceso productivo, luego se realizaron listas de chequeo (check list), con el fin de verificar las actividades y procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo que se realizan en la empresa.en_ES
dc.description.abstractengAbstract: For developing this project was fulfilled with 6 stages, which started with a general diagnosis on the production plant, to quantify and identify the type of machinery with which the company has, know your brand, reference, years of activity, number of workers that intervenes in the process and their working shifts. Was continued the realization of flow charts of injection machines, mills, die cutters, screwers, cable cutter and extruder which are the machines involved in the production process, then check lists were performed, in order to check the activities and preventive maintenance procedures that are performed in the company.en_ES
