| Resumen: | El objetivo de este proyecto es la implementación y programación de diferentes equipos hardware de la marca Siemens para la creación conjunta de un sistema de control, que proporcione información en tiempo real, y cuya activación se puede hacer desde botones de entradas digitales o a través de una pantalla táctil. Esta aplicación tiene por objeto ser usada para presentaciones educativas y prácticas en los sistemas automáticos de control. Para ello se hace uso de Industrial Ethernet (PROFInet) para establecer las comunicaciones entre PLC, pantalla y variador. Toda la programación de los equipos se realiza a través de la herramienta TIA portal (Totally Integrated Automation), la cual recoge todo el código de programación de los diferentes equipos para mostrarlos en una única interfaz que posibilita la selección individual de cada uno de ellos dónde poder hacer consultas, tomar decisiones operativas o realizar modificaciones. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this project is the implementation and programming of hardware equipment of the Siemens brand for the creation of a control system, which provides information in real time, and its activation, can be done from digital buttons through a touch screen. This application is intended to be used for educational presentations and practices in automatic control systems. For this Industrial Ethernet (PROFInet) is used to establish communications between PLC, screen and inverter. All the programming when the equipment is done through the TIA Portal (Totally Integrated Automation) tool, which is to collect all the programming code of the different equipment to display them in a single interface that makes possible the selection of each of them.
