Abstract
Abstract This project proposes the intervention of 26 kilometers of secondary road between the urban center of Arboletes and the rural district of Pajillal, aiming to improve territorial connectivity and regional logistics. The formulation is based on the General Adjusted Methodology (MGA) and integrates road infrastructure development, logistics strengthening, and technical training for the local population. The initiative responds to structural limitations in access to services, high transport costs, and low productive competitiveness. It includes the design and improvement of the road, the implementation of specialized logistics zones, and the promotion of community training in supply chain management. The project will be funded through national-level programs defined in the National Development Plan 2022–2026, as part of the national strategy to reduce territorial gaps and strengthen subregional integration. The intervention is expected to optimize mobility, improve market access, and promote sustainable rural development.
