Proyecto de manejo y control de emisiones de vapores orgánicos volátiles voc's generado en el proceso de pintura de comercializadora INDUCASCOS S. A.

Abstract

Resumen: La contaminación atmosférica en el país es regulada por las Resoluciones 909 de 2008 del Ministerio de Ambiente Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial, dicha normativa va de la mano del Protocolo de Monitoreo de Fuentes Fijas, la autoridad ambiental en éste caso el Área Metropolitana del Valle de Aburrá, realiza las visitas de control y vigilancia a las diferentes industrias en su jurisdicción y emite los actos administrativos de obligatorio cumplimiento para los puntos de descarga de contaminantes atmosféricos. La empresa INDUCASCOS se dedica a la fabricación e importación de cascos con altos estándares de calidad, dentro de su proceso de producción es necesario la utilización de solventes, la aplicación de pinturas y catalizadores, para ello cuenta con 6 cabinas de aplicación, tres sistemas de control y tres ductos de descarga a la atmósfera.

Abstrac: The environment pollution in the country is regulated by the Resolutions 909 of 2008 of the Department of Environment Housing and Territorial Development, The above mentioned regulation goes of the hand of the Protocol of Monitoring of Fixed Sources, the environmental authority, in this case, the Valle del Aburrá Area Metropolitan , realizes visits of control and vigilance to the different industries in his jurisdiction and issues the administrative acts of obligatory fulfillment for the points of unload of atmospheric pollutants. The company INDUCASCOS devotes itself to the manufacture and import of hulls with standard high places of quality, inside his process of production is necessary the utilization of solvents, the application of paintings and catalysts, for it the company has six cabins of application, three systems of control and three ducts of discharge to the atmosphere.
