| Abstract: | Resumen: El proyecto de inversión y comercialización del jugo de Caña de Azúcar en la ciudad de Medellín está orientado a la demanda insatisfecha de este producto, pues hasta ahora los consumidores no contaban con un jugo de caña que cumpla con las normas necesaria de higiene y con puntos de ventas ubicados en sitios asequibles, como lo son los supermercados, mini mercados y tiendas de barrio, ya que en la actualidad se realiza de forma artesanal y en ambientes no aptos para su elaboración, esto ha provocado un bajo consumo de esta bebida natural, rica en vitaminas y minerales para el ser humano . Esta fruta es muy apetecida en los hogares donde se cultiva y apreciada por el mercado interno y el turismo. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracteng: | Abstract: The project of inversion and commercialization of the Sugar Cane Juice at the city of Medellin is oriented to the unsatisfied demand of this product, so until now the costumers did not have with a sugar cane juice that accomplish with the necessary norms of hygiene and points of market located in obtainable places, such as the supermarkets, minimarkets and neighbors stores, now that the actuality it is realized of artisanal way and in no unsuitable environment for it is elaboration, this has incited a low consumption of this natural drink, rich in vitamins and minerals necessary for the human been. This fruit is very desiderate at the homes where is cultivated and appreciated for the internal market and the tourism. |
