Abstract
El enfoque principal del proyecto es desarrollar un sistema de cuchillas eficiente y duradero, que se ajuste adecuadamente al motor disponible. Para ello, se ha realizado una investigación exhaustiva sobre diferentes tipos de cortadoras, molinos y métodos de corte tanto manuales, industriales o automáticos pasando por campos con el fin de buscar ideas que permitan realizar el proyecto, y ser aplicados en el procesamiento de alimentos para animales.
Este análisis ha sido fundamental para identificar y adaptar las mejores tecnologías y prácticas al contexto específico del proyecto. El objetivo final es crear un prototipo de trituradora de pasto que no solo funcione de manera efectiva, sino que también contribuya a optimizar las prácticas agrícolas en la región.
Abstrct The main focus of the project is to develop an efficient and durable blade system, which properly fits the available engine. To this end, an exhaustive investigation has been carried out on different types of cutters, mills and cutting methods, both manual, industrial or automatic, passing through fields in order to look for ideas that allow the project to be carried out, and to be applied in food processing for animals. This analysis has been essential to identify and adapt the best technologies and practices to the specific context of the project. The goal is to create a grass chopper prototype that not only works effectively, but also contributes to optimizing agricultural practices in the region.
