| dc.description.abstract | Resumen: Cuando un concesionario realiza la venta de un vehículo nuevo, es importante dejar y entregar un histórico de las condiciones físico mecánicas en el momento de entrega del vehículo al comprador. Se describe en esta investigación un protocolo denominado PLAN DE ALISTAMIENTO PARA VEHÍCULOS NUEVOS, constituido esencialmente por dos (2) formatos, en los cuales quedan plasmados el estado y cantidad de algunos componentes como: Estructura física, Accesorios, Pertenencias de vehículo, funcionamiento de la parte eléctrica y mecánica. | es_ES |
