| dc.description.abstract | Resumen: Este documento es la recopilación del trabajo realizado durante el semestre académico con respecto al objetivo principal del proyecto al diseñar un dispositivo de limpieza para el riel del tranvía de Ayacucho en la ciudad de Medellín con la finalidad de mitigar los inconvenientes que se presentan especialmente en las horas de madrugada durante el despeje de vía . Se estima que este tipo de diseño podría implementarse a futuro, siendo un dispositivo de limpieza operado directamente por el conductor maniobrista del vehículo tipo Van, mediante dos pulsadores. Uno que posicionaría el dispositivo en modo limpieza a nivel de piso y otro que inactive el modo limpieza y nuevamente eleve el dispositivo. También se describe los factores técnicos teóricos necesarios para llevar a cabo el proyecto, además se muestra el diseño CAD para tener una idea clara de la visualización del dispositivo en el mundo real. La investigación se realizó con base en formas de limpieza de tranvías en otros países y buscando apoyo con manuales y páginas web. Se contará con un cepillo barredor y una aspiradora de tipo industrial que ayude a sacar del riel y del galibo del vehículo los pequeños residuos que a futuro podrían generar aglomeración y contribuir a la falla. Este dispositivo en la van, ayudará a que la limpieza del riel sea realizada por menos personal que actualmente se utiliza para el barrido (conductor Maniobrista y personal de vía permanente). | spa |
| dc.description.abstracteng | Abstract: This document is the compilation of the work carried out during the academic semester with respect to the main objective of the project when designing a cleaning device for the Ayacucho tram rail in the city of Medellín in order to mitigate the inconveniences that occur especially in the early morning hours during the "track clearance". It is estimated that this type of design could be implemented in the future, being a cleaning device operated directly by the maneuvering driver of the Van type vehicle, using two buttons. One that would position the device in cleaning mode at floor level and another that inactivates the cleaning mode and again elevates the device. The theoretical technical factors necessary to carry out the project are also described, as well as the CAD design to have a clear idea of the visualization of the device in the real world. The research was carried out based on ways of cleaning trams in other countries and seeking support with manuals and web pages. There will be a sweeping brush and an industrial-type vacuum cleaner that will help remove small debris from the rail and the vehicle's galibo that in the future could cause agglomeration and contribute to failure.
