Abstract
Resumen: En este artículo se especifica el proceso para el rebobinado y la caracterización de un generador síncrono de imanes permanentes capaz de producir 500 W a una velocidad de 200 RPM, GDG 0.5kW-200. Este generador va a ser usado para la generación de energía eléctrica mediante una planta de vórtices gravitacionales. Este generador no traía las curvas por lo que se construyó un banco de ensayo. Durante las pruebas, la vibración del motor aflojo el acople del eje del generador ocasionando un corto en el bobinado. Este artículo mostrará el paso a paso del rebobinado y

Abstract: This article specifies the process for rewinding and the characteristic of a permanent magnet generator capable of producing 500 W at a speed of 200 RPM, GDG 0.5kW-200. This generator was used for the generation of electrical energy by means of a plant with gravitational vortices. This generator did not bring the curves so a test bench was built. During the tests, the vibration of the motor loosens the coupling of the shaft of the generator causing a short in the winding. This article shows the step by step of rewinding and the characterization of the DC generator without permanent brushes.
