| Resumen: | Durante la revolución industrial entre el siglo XVII y principio del siglo XIX, se fabricaron una gran cantidad de máquinas y con el pasar del tiempo comenzaron a aparecer las fallas, estas aparecían de forma repentina y ocasionaban paradas en la producción y por ende perdidas de dinero para el dueño de la fábrica. De ahí nace la idea de predecir cuando estas van a ocurrir, con el pasar de los años a esto se le llamo mantenimiento preventivo, como su nombre lo indica, es un conjunto de tareas a realizar para evitar o prevenir una falla. La industria del transporte de pasajeros es una de las afectadas por el continuo desgaste al que están sometidos los vehículos, debido a las largas jornadas de trabajo que estos realizan, estas fallas pueden ser catastróficas y ocasionar pérdidas considerables cuando existen pérdidas humanas. El municipio de San Vicente Ferrer cuenta con una flota de vehículos de transporte (SOTRASANVICENTE S.A), la cual está compuesta por microbuses y taxis que cubren las rutas intermunicipales y locales, actualmente la empresa no cuenta con un taller de manteniendo y los conductores de los vehículos tienen la responsabilidad de realizarlo. De aquí nace la idea de realizar un manual de lubricación y engrase para el mantenimiento preventivo de los taxis que trabajan para la empresa, donde los conductores de los vehículos encontraran las siguientes indicaciones: cada cuanto se realiza, tipo de aceite o gras a utilizar, como debe realizarse, permitiendo que los conductores lo realicen de forma rápida, fácil y segura; garantizando la seguridad de sus pasajeros, el correcto funcionamiento de sus vehículos y a largar su vida útil |
| Abstract: | During the industrial revolution between the 17th century and the beginning of the 19th century, many machines were manufactured and, as time went by, faults began to appear, these appeared suddenly and caused stops in production and therefore loss of money for the factory owner. Hence the idea of predicting when these will occur, over the years this is called preventive maintenance, as its name implies, is a set of tasks to be performed to prevent or prevent a failure. The passenger transport industry is one of those affected by the continuous wear and tear to which vehicles are subjected, due to the long working hours they perform, these failures can be catastrophic and cause considerable losses when there are human losses. The municipality of San Vicente Ferrer has a fleet of transport vehicles (SOTRASANVICENTE S.A), which is made up of minibuses and taxis that cover the inter-municipal and local routes, currently the company does not have a maintenance workshop and the drivers of the vehicles they have the responsibility to do it. Hence the idea of creating a lubrication and lubrication manual for the preventive maintenance of taxis that work for the company, where the drivers of the vehicles will find the following indications: how often it is done, type of oil or grease to use, how it should be done, allowing drivers to do it quickly, easily and safely, guaranteeing the correct operation of their vehicles and extending their useful life. |
