| Resumen: | Resumen: Con el objetivo de describir analíticamente los procesos de implementación en el Éxito de Sabaneta de la metodología justo a tiempo durante los años 2015 y 2016, en este trabajo de grado se formula la siguiente pregunta: ¿Cómo la metodología justo a tiempo, recientemente implementada por el Éxito de Sabaneta, ha logrado mejorar los indicadores y la labor realizada por el área de Abastecimiento y Ventas PGC? Y para dar respuesta a este interrogante, se establece una estructura argumentativa que parte por establecer los fundamentos teóricos del justo a tiempo, en relación a las funciones del cargo de Coordinador de Abastecimiento y Ventas PGC del Éxito de Sabaneta; además, los procesos que se desarrollan en el almacén se relacionan y confrontan respecto a los aportes conceptuales y analíticos de la producción industrial. |
| Abstract: | Abstract: With the objective of analytically describing the processes of implementation in the Éxito of Sabaneta the just-in-time methodology in the area of supply and sales PGC, during the years 2015 and 2016, in this work of degree the following question is formulated: how the just-in-time methodology, recently implemented, have managed to improve the indicators and work carried out by 11the Supply and PGC Sales area? And to answer this question establishes an argumentative structure that starts by establishing the theoretical foundations of the just in time, in relation to the functions of the Coordinator of Supply and Sales PGC in the Éxito of Sabaneta; In addition, the processes that are developed in the warehouse are related and confronted with respect to the conceptual and analytical contributions of industrial production. |
